Printed on A1 with Banbu lab PLA basic and it fits good and really tight.

This is great. I was wondering if you have a stl file of the s25 ultra, or did you just measure the device in hand? I wouldn't mind having a go myself as I want to make a dual wall tpu with a petg outer shell cheers

I was designing it according to the dimensions from the official Samsung site. I never even had the phone on hand ;-) I only added a small tolerance for machine error, and voila! I saw there is one 3d model of S25 ultra on Makerworld, so you may try it out, or I can give you my template

works for mus s25 ultra but is rather uncomfortable in the hands maybe using tpu may make that better or adding a bumper as ultimately I don't think this will protect from much more than scratches
