This is a shoe rack that can be used as a stool for tying or untying shoes. I have always wanted a stool when lacing up or untying shoes. A recent incident made it even more clear of the benefit of having such a stool.
This is a good print for anyone who wants the convenience, and people who have trouble bending down, such as the elderly, pregnant women, or people who are recovering from injuries, etc.
It is a sturdy build, rather than a flimsy one. It can hold two pairs of shoes, including one pair of boots. Keep two pairs of your most used shoes by the entrance and user it as a stool while lacing up or untying.
Print with PLA. No support is needed. Please use the provided print profile. Since the parts reach close to the edges of the build plates which are more likely to accumulate finger oils, if one has not cleaned their build plate for a while, this is the time to do it to ensure good bed adhesion.
Easy assembly. It’s design to have minimum number of parts, which consists of only 2 sides and 5 bars. Assembly instruction is provided for download.
A non-metal hammer is recommended to help assembly. For those who don’t already have one, go buy one or print one such as my versatile hammer, linked below.

Due to the part size, this model cannot be printed on small printers such as the A1 mini.
Warning: Please do not stand on top of this stool. It’s not designed to hold a person’s weight.
