I'm a big fan of “remove before flight” tags and I wanted to hang one on the back of my 4Runner to show off. 

I created this particular one out of ASA to be stronger for use outdoors hanging from my hitch. I tested this successfully for over 300 miles with no known damage. The pictures you see were taken after testing. I used gyroid infill and 3-4 wall layers. This is a multi-color print with the base tag one color and the letters another color. Feel free to resize for your needs or to use single/multi colors of your choosing. 

For outdoor heavy use, I recommend using ABS or ASA. Maybe PETG. For using attached to a bag or backpack that isn't sitting in the sun, you can consider other materials.
