set it rim down on a paper plate and tap gently with a hammer 🔨 on the tire . pops right in

Thanks, but didn't work because the silver part seems to have a larger radius, I think it should be the problem on my printer's end? Like, the layer adhesion between PLA Basic Black and PLA Silk+ Silver or over extrusion or something like that. I will try to scale up the tire instead. Thanks anyway!

I run into this occasionally on wheels and tires, try modifying the XY hole compensation on the tires, the benefit vs. scaling is the outer diameter of the tires shouldn't change while the inside diameter can be adjusted.
