I love this! I eventually want to recreate my childhood home to share with my kids and grandkids. A home my dad built. The original structure was Adobe and then he added on. My mom, brother 8yo and I 10yo helped. I'm not skilled as a carpenter but I do my best to customize, as my dad did, aspects of my home for functionality and my boys are quite skilled as hobbyist carpentry work. my dad was quite innovative (forward thinking) and built to my moms specs as far as functionality. I can hardly wait to learn how to use design tools. I started 3D printing 3 weeks now. btw architectural design is the best! I love exploring cities, their architecture and how things were built. my favorite cities so far are Chicago and London. 😁
