Description

Model needs to be assembled after print. Pins are designed to be flash with the main body of the hanger. Please clean the burr in the pin head cavity after print to allow the pin to be inserted to its designed limit. If you'd like more permanent assembly just use a drop of superglue on the shaft of the pin.

Please share your ideas and comments so I can improve the model further.

Great model, There was some cleanup required to assemble it and the hook felt a little flimsy. I've uploaded a profile with a few enhancements. Modified the pins so no cleanup is needed when printing without support. Added a modifier to make the hook solid. Rearranged the parts to fit two per plate(P1S). Added a thin version. Tested overnight with a 3lb jacket.

I was able to split the parts across the A1 mini plate diagonally to keep the full size. Print came out well but I couldn't get the pins to click that last step into place, even making sure the holes were clear of debris.

I will try to deepen the pin head cavity just a bit and maybe do a bit of a curve to improve the print of the unsupported part of it. Thanks so much for your comment!

great print and I'll be printing many more. I hung a fairly heavy commercial Carhartt jacket on it for a couple of days and has no signs of fatigue.
