Thanks for downloading this model

This was a great idea by the original Creator, which I did print off and use, but I noticed where the fan directly blows onto the basket. It was getting very hot in that one area so I edited it in TinkerCAD . I gave it slightly different shape so the hot air will not blow directly on the basket instead

Please follow the exactly the same instructions from SCHIKO which I'm just going to copy and paste credit goes to the original creator

Simply dry your desiccant / silica gel at 70°C for a few hours

i Printed this in ABS

How you get these so dry? How long you have been keeping and what temp? I have now keeped 6 hours 70c and just close to fan are orange and if mixing a little bot everywhere is green. I have been mixing every 2 hour and still not even close full orange. Wicedry brand silica.

I keep it for no more than an hour at 70°C, but I try not to overload it. Also, I would recommend making sure that the moisture outlet vents are not blocked. I use this silica https://amzn.eu/d/3TMsD3u and noname from ebay, without any difference

Sorry stupid question but which the moisture outlets you are talking about? I am just printed a couple months and new user to S4, and didn't found also from manual outlet vents. But after night i already get more orange colour. I was thinking maybe have to try dry just couple hour and maybe cooldown make a magic? If those are still hot maybe it is not really right colour?

This one is the Diamond Red. I didn't notice it was sparkly when I ordered it, but it looks good.

I used the same material for an outdoor Christmas sign and yes, it is a very good looking and easy printing material.

Did you get warping on the basket? I checked the temp with a thermal camera and at 70c, the faces of the basket reach 80c and warp (with PETG),

Printed beautifully and without issues. It fits the S4 perfectly. Was able to dry the first batch of beads in three hours.

I just love it! it’s simple and effective. what else do you need? I printed in ASA and had no issues with warping on the textured build plate which was only wiped with 99% ipa. thanks for providing the model ❤️

printed double in petg for now. will dry at lower temp for longer until more time is free on the printer to try out ASA and figure out what to do for the smell
