i have printed it with
- PETG (Grey one)- could hold more than 50Kg - 100% Size
- PLA (Green one) - 50% Size
This 3D-printed coupling link is designed for modular chain connections, prototyping, or light mechanical applications. It consists of two interlocking halves with a locking pin mechanism for secure fastening.
Optimized for functional testing and demonstrations, it can be printed with PETG or any other material. Due to material limitations, it is not suited for heavy loads but works well for conceptual validation and experimental setups.
As mentioned the 100% size PETG print can hold more than 50kg
