The snap ins are very lose between them and the sliding bracket. They would fall out just with the weight of the bin. I'm reprinting the heavy weight snap to see if that would help....Unless I am installing these wrong but seems to me you just put snaps in, push sliding bracket into those and thats it?

make sure you screw the multipoint small thread to both snap. hook snap for the top and normal snap for the bottom. see the attached photo

Really neat concept but a couple of flaws that make them hard to justify for my board: - The heavy weight snap definitely doesn't work unless I'm doing it wrong. Even with the multipoint lock completely screwed in, the top part was just too wobbly inside the snap when attached to the board. I'm using two moderate weight-bearing snaps for each rail and that works great for me, although I don't load them up too much because: - The bins will flip down and spill out when pulled out to the max (which is my instinct when using them). The pegs can also sometimes unseat from the cutouts on the support rails when pulled all the way out, so even if I catch it before it falls I might still have to mess around with it to get it back in place. It would be great to have something to prevent them from pulling all the way out and spilling unintentionally, like some tactile bump near the end or just extending the end part of the rail to support the front while it's pulled out. - Sometimes the pegs will unseat for me or catch on the rails even when the bins are fully inserted (right against the board). It might be good to ramp down the thickness of the top rail of the cutout portion so that the pegs are guided back in. - The rails on the ends are always a little loose and take some finesse to insert the sliding pegs on the bins into. Maybe this is just a detail of my particular setup. - This is kind of a preference, but I find the bins are tricky to pull because of the profile of the front parts. It would be nice to have a handle of some kind. Going to boost anyways because I think it's an awesome concept. Just lmk if you make a v2 :)
