Description

After seeing the under monitor holder for pencils made by Jasperpup, I wanted one but with the option to store my sticky notes as well since I use them on a daily basis. This mounts should fit most monitors and will hold a full pad of sticky notes as well as storage for pens and pencils to write with. Please let me know if other sizes or variations of this model are needed and I will be more than happy to adjust them!

Inspired by Jasperpup's under monitor pencil cup.

No supports are needed when printing in the orientation shown in the 3MF file. Please enjoy and happy printing!

Did @user_3167396634 (JasperPup) okay this remix? the license he has specifically says no remixes.

I mentioned that I used his model as inspiration, it is a completely new model that I designed from scratch, if you look at the actual STL's of both they are pretty different in design.

I am not really sure on the rules for this stuff. Since it was an exclusive model, MakerWorld requires the license that says no remixes.

No they’re not lol. rounded edges and not slanted doesn’t a new model make. it’s his screws. his cage. his idea. I mean, whatever. Let the overlords sort it out. I think it’s stolen.

Great Print although I didn't like the idea of mounting it to my monitor with the screws but it mounted perfectly onto one the rails on my desk.

How thick are the rails on your desk may I ask? Looking at doing the same thing on my standing desk, but want to make sure it'll fit

My standing desk is a four leg one so they are pretty narrow because there are rails in front and back. they are about 20mm. It looks like the print accommodates up to about 38 mm with the profile that I printed.

Thanks. After I got back to my office, the place I was looking to attach it to wouldn't work for this one. But thanks for getting back to me

My monitor was too fat but it fits on other things just as well. Great model and keeps the note pad and pens off my desk!

There is a under 50mm thick version, if your monitor is thicker than that please let me know

Work very well, used it to hold note pads instead of post it notes and was still good.

printing without supports was a mistake, also the mechanism is not so strong, full pack of sticky notes is just too heavy.

You can give my model a try. Its a corner mount with a more robust clamping system. https://makerworld.com/en/models/1043273#profileId-1028520
