Description

This is a super minimalist zip-tie cable mount.

 

  • 15mm x 10mm x 7mm
  • for flush-mount use #6 head screw (i.e. ~6.7mm diameter head)
  • accommodates 9mm diameter cables easily
  • for 25 pieces it uses only 15g of filament and takes 45 minutes to print (with Bambu PETG HF)

Even though these use minimal amount of material they have proven pretty strong - have not had any snap as I tighten zip-ties

 

I recommend to print in strong / weather-resistant material (like PETG, ASA, ABS) if using outdoors

 

The profile I've uploaded contains 25 pieces and PETG material set - you can easily duplicate this set a number of times or fill up the entire bed.

Some filament remained between each piece, a minor issue, but I had to clean almost all of them and ream the holes

Unfortunately, this can be an issue with PETG when the filament is not dry or some print settings on your printer are misconfigured
