Description

Rose Decor

Feel free to scale it as desired. For sure you can make it bigger. If you choose a smaller size, the model will be more prone to damage. Don’t be tempted by a shorter printing time—take your time to print it properly, and you won’t have to print it twice! :)

If reducing print time is absolutely essential for you, you can simply increase the layer height. Just keep in mind that this will also reduce the level of detail.

Be careful when removing supports. Leafs might be fragile.

Printed with Fuzzy Skin effect.

Read.me:
The key to printing my figurines is having good adhesion to the build plate. I use CryoGrip Pro Frostbite for printing, which provides excellent grip, ensuring that every figurine prints successfully every time. I mainly use filaments from Bambu and have no issues with them either. If you have a different setup, make sure to focus on build plate adhesion, use high-quality dry filament and everything should be fine. Optionally, you can also add a brim to your model for extra stability.

Happy printing!

I have made 2 attempts and this has pretty much been the results using PLA Support material (white) and PLA Silk (bronze). The print starts out well but ends with the poop chute getting backed up and the print getting stuck. It never errored out but basically paused as pictured below. I also included my slice all view. Keep in mind this is my 4th print overall and the first that did not simply just print.

Use please my settings from 3MF file. You got a lot of mess there. First of all turn off support filament. You dont need it. Change support type to Tree (auto)

Use 0.4mm nozzle instead of 0.2mm. It is fine with 0.1mm layer.

Have to be very careful of the stem when removing supports. Printed in PLA transparent, PLA black, and PETG black. All turned out well. Thank you for the model!

Excellent model. Printed on an X1(PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, .1mm layer height). I separated the rose from the stem and printed in two pieces. This helped reduce support material and improved the quality of the stem. Thanks for the model! It will make for a great valentine's day gift!

Really lovely, 0.6 nozzle with 0.3 layer slanted at 45 degrees, to get extra strength in the stem and leaves

One can still get pretty good detail even with a 6, in fact chances of using a 0.4 or 0.2 are so slim I could just as well sell the spare ones and just keep one of each

excellent print! I would reccomend a tool like pliers or tweezers to remove support as the stem is very delicate

I've already printed one up in Black, this is burnt titanium PETG. It's a bit heavy in PLA which is why I decided to print it in a more resilient material. The leaves were a little difficult to save, but the end result is absolutely stunning. Thank you for sharing it

The sheer level of detail in this piece, with its diffuse skin finish, is breathtaking, a truly superb print
