Description

This is my tape dispenser in different sizes and can be combined in different ways.

Please choose the right blade for your use!

Update (27.01.2025):

I have now changed all full sets so that you can now hopefully choose the right blade yourself and no longer overlook them.

S(10mm) can fit tape Rolls up to 20mm

M(20mm) can fit tape Rolls up to 35mm

L(50mm) can fit tape Rolls up to 60mm

You can build them individually or put them together by using later the connector.

But you can also bulid a large battery with the double frame.

No screws or other tools are needed for assembly. If you want, you can glue the joints, but it is not necessary.

There are holes in the base plate for example for a French cleat system. A variant for the Skadis wall is to be made in the future.

Update (23.01.2025):
The printable French cleat adapter has been uploaded.
You need an M4/25mm screw or whatever you have on hand.

The axle is intentionally sized so that smaller tape rolls can fit on it.

Update (25.01.2025):

I have now uploaded the strongest and most aggressive blade from a previous version (V3).

They can now be found in the full sets of each variant.
I hope that works better for you, otherwise I always recommend the saw blade.

There is a saw blade variant for each size.
And in my test, not only hacksaw blades (300x13x0,6) fit in there, but also some jigsaw blades to.

Update (29.01.2025):

I'm currently working on a North American version that can fit larger rolls and uses less filament.

Update (29.01.2025):
The new 50mm blade is here, replacement blades for packet tape dispensers can now be used. (idea by olo2000pm) I bought mine from Amazon. You can also put a box cutter in the same model.

The blade even manages fabric tape from 3M.

minimum support and print amazing, well, the speed of the print is quite decent, but the build quality is amazing, easy to assemble, everything fits in great

The design and expression are excellent, but the blade fails to cut Amazon Basics tape

I recommend a different tear-off for the adhesive tape, you had a choice of four different ones to print overall I will rebuild the print profiles so that it is no longer so easy to overlook

I am so surprised I used the new blades and drilled small holes in the front of the mounts to secure them with the self-locking screws Now the ab roller works perfectly Thank you for all your hard work

Great design! I printed everything in PETG HF. I haven't had a problem with the knife edge using standard masking tape, but I can see it may be problematic with tougher tapes. I think I'll try to create an alternate knife edge that uses a section of hacksaw blade. Thank you for this!

Did you see that I already have a version with a saw blade? And I could adapt it for a jigsaw blade without any problems.

The final result is excellent, will there also be aggressive presets for 25 and 10mm?

this design printed very well no issues. did think it would do better with tape. but the blades aren't strong enough. will try to do something about it.

Printed perfectly. This is so much better than struggling with individual tape dispensers.
