Description

Here is the tall version of my 4x4 display stand! It measures about 4 inches tall (~100mm) and should work great to add levels to your Star Wars displays as well as accommodate your taller models such as Tie Fighters. Along with the taller post, I also made it much thicker than the previous short versions because I found the thinner post wobbles and with this being taller, we certainly want to avoid that.

The stand uses a 4x4 plate that is “Brick” compatible and shouldn't stress your set's bricks while still being secure.

I made the base the same shape and detail as a standard Tie Fighter wing.

The stand is also designed in such as way that you do not need any supports with the max overhang angle being 45°.

Enjoy and be sure to check out my other Star Wars designs (Including the my Build Your Own Lightsaber collection you can see below)! 😊

oh that's awesome! I was hoping it would fit a tie fighter well. Thanks for sharing!

Printed great on A1 with variable layer heights. Used it to hold my Lego Batwing and it was exactly what I wanted.
