This is the launch tower for the Superheavy Booster/Starship Pad-b

Since the launch infrastructure does not yet exist, the design is partly based on assumptions and will be updated over time

The pad can currently also be used for Block-1 Boosters, I have provided interchangeable adapters accordingly

Thank you! Great print 👍 Printed on my X1C in matte light grey PLA, matte dark grey PLA & black PLA+. Very long print but worth it in the end. Printed with makers profile. I think it ended up being 146cm high. Note: If you print this & have the time & filament I would up the infill % a bit as the part joints are quite fragile at 5%. The print won't be moved often presumably but if it is moved I'd be very careful as the joints can snap very easily if flexed too much or you try to dismantle.

I’m getting some issues with the tower segments angled braces. Any settings recommendations?

My initial assessment suggests a cooling system malfunction

amazing, all printed perfectly, I’m currently redesigning the base to look more like the real thing and will fill with epoxy to add some weight.

Have you finished your redesign of the base? Just finished my print of the rocket and booster and want to do the tower now but love the idea of having it look more like the actual base they are using.
