Description

I got more and more print fail due to some leftover on my nozzle

I know it's about time to change my nozzle, but somehow I just want to extend its lifespan a bit more

so I just design a nozzle brush for a quick easy cleaning

it use two A1 nozzle brush

just move the tool head forward and brush it few time while hot

that's a fail print because of dirty nozzle

Solid print that gets the job done. Wish it fit between the nozzle and the poop chute cause I would love to be able to clean the PETG off my nozzle mid-print during a pause.

Looks like the worst spot for that to happen. 😓

love this! I had to modify it to use a single A1 scrubber as it fit better between my Biqu Panda Jet. Especially love how it mounts on the door and becomes a better door handle!Boosted!

Any chance you share the single scrubber remix? I also have the quick nozzle BIQ that has a flat surface.

Printed just fine. I added some ca glue for extra hold to the silicon pads.

Exceptional model, remarkable work, would it be possible to create a version with only one straight cleaning line instead of two curved ones, while retaining the door handle and seamlessly incorporating the Bambu Lab scraper https://makerworld.com/models/12702 into the brush’s extension? I believe this would be the ultimate tool

I printed this in ASA so I didn't accidentally melt it when I'm printing high-temp filaments. Printed perfectly and the wipers fit great. Added a little IC-2000 (rubber/carbon infused CA glue) to keep them on, cuz as we all know, silicone doesn't like to stick to anything for very long.
