This is a centering jig for the xtool F1 ultra which can also be used on a table or wooden board.
Assembly is easy. It is almost impossible to make a mistake.
The nut should be on top inside the movable holder and the screw should be at the bottom of the wheel together with the washers.
You need 4 M4x16 or M4x18 screws to attach the jig to the laser.
You need 4 M4x20 screws for the wheel and holders. I recommend using partially threaded screws on these as shown in the picture.
You need 4 M4 nylock nuts and M4 washers.
I recommend calibrating the shrinkage of the filament you are using so that the screw holes match the laser bed threads. This is especially important if you are using ABS.
It is also possible to screw it onto a table or wooden board if you want to use it without the F1 ultra.
You will find a slightly larger version of the jig in the raw files folder, that is suitable for larger printers.
