Thanks for the design. Why would this happen at the hinge? Are supports required?

Glad you like it. Looks like too little cooling or bad filament.

Too little cooling? Everyone always recommends setting AUX fan to 0%, so perhaps I'll play leave it at default for the next one. Just received the Bambu P1S so I'm all new to this. Thanks for the reply.

For PLA I would use as much cooling as I can get. I only disable the aux fan for warping materials. Just use the profile I uploaded, that worked for a lot of people.

Yes, beefy, heavy duty bag clips. But very difficult to open when closed or to close. When closing it pinched my finger and now have a sore blood blister. Had to sand down both sides of the hooks to make it halfway easy without muscle.

Cant make a clip that pinches a bag but not fingers, sorry you hurt yourself.

Printed with PETG, but I couldn't seperate the parts without breaking the connector. Worked great with PLA.

Sorry, never tried it in PETG. More cooling would solve it probably.

What is the trick to breaking the internal supports without snapping the whole thing? I tried to do it after it cooled down. I’m I supposed to do it when it is hot? I’m reluctant to try printing it again.

You flow calibration or printer tolerances seem to be way off. It needs a little to none effort to break it lose, shouldn't be fused at all.

I didn't think this would print without support. But it did.. It was a little hard at first to make the hinge work i thought it was going to break, but it didn't and it works as intended. just a little bit bigger than the usual ones that ive bought in the past. but I can live with this.. thank you.
