Print some joy with this adorable articulated axolotl! This model features multiple sizes to suit your preference and is available in both painted (for AMS multi-material printing) and uncolored versions for your own creative customization.

Important Note: Scale to a smaller size then smallest provided at own risk - Going too small can compromise the joint strength.

In the images, these were printed in single colour and hand painted to have eyes and fin details. But I've included coloured AMS versions of each size to replicate that. Additionally, there may be some minor stringing under some of the horizontal joints but it doesn't impact the function of the joints and you can clean them up as needed.

Pla Bambu lab basic gradient.

Hey Bill - yes it is. This in particular is Cookiecad Unicorn, but I also recommend the Bambu PLA gradients too!

Ok thanks for replying, I used the BL PLA Gradient - Ocean to Meadow for another project, and to be honest i am not really exited or happy with how it turned out, there was not much different in collors. Cookiecad Unicorn is that another brand ? never heard of it :)

Cookiecad is another brand yes, they specialize in pastel and fantastical colour schemes. Unicorns, mermaids, glitter, those sort of vibes. But they have a good range! :)

great except if you pull it off the bed too soon the leg connectors break.

What a cute model! Printed with PolyTera Marble white PLA for the tum tum and hands, and the rest with Mint PolyTera PLA. Turned out great! Thanks a lot :)

slicer wanted supports. tree supports got a bit messy and made clean up difficult I'd try again with no supports and see what happens

Hi. This print is designed without needing supports. My profiles do not include supports. Sometimes, the slicer is just wrong about the print capabilities and the warnings are incorrect. I encourage you to try again :D

I saw these and had to give them a go, they came out perfect. printed with matte rainbow pla then hand painted the eyes.
