Description

Green Bay Packers NFL Brick Man Helmet

Looking to make your helmet just a little more authentic?

This blank helmet design (https://makerworld.com/en/models/969252#profileId-940559) gets you close, but now you can support your team with as close to the real look as you can get.

There are now oval cutouts in helmet shell and a logo file to print (one for each side). The rest of the helmet pieces are the exact same, so you can just swap them out if you want.

You will need to adjust the layer height to your liking. (The profile picture is at the .08 setting) I prefer to do it at the project level to make sure all the settings go with the profile. I didn't try and print it vertically, but maybe someone will try that 4 hour print and let us know the results.

You will need to clean up the underside of the print and the edges to get the piece to sit flush. And of course, glue it in place.

Happy Printing!

the logos are tough because of the size. My pictires are a .4 nozzle with .08 layer height. .6 nozzle will be much

Great print! Just don't love the logo, might try to reprint with a .2mm nozzle! Easy assembly!

the easiest way is to add and avg as a modifier onto the oval shape. I have a blank version I just haven’t had a chance to upload it yet. I can also try and put that one together if you like
