Description

Hi.

For my third design of a beadlock rim i wanted to have a visible beadlock ring on the outside. So i made this rim.

Unfortunate this design requires support on the inside but i think it works ok any way, at least for me.

This can be hard to print if your printer isnt totaly diled in. And i absolutley think that it would benefit from beeing printed with a 0.2mm nozzle. Unfortunate i dont have one…

I have printed this with 0.12mm layer height but i think that 0,16mm would work just fine.

At least with a 0,4mm nozzle there can bee a need for clearing ut the holes in the beadlock ring with a 1.1mm drill bit.

Each rim requires 18 pcs of 1x5mm screws. I guess even 4 and 6 mm long could work and mabye 1,2mm screws as well. You might just need to adjust the holes with a small drillbit.

If you print theese rims i would love to see a picture and of course hear what you think of it.

And if you have any specific design ideas for 1.0 crawler rims, dont hesitate to let me know aout it!
