Printed using Sunlu High Flow PETG, but used this profile, with a change to the filament. Didn't work perfectly, but worked plenty good enough for something thats going to be shoved into a plate carrier.

Modified slightly to add some cutouts to the side to allow airflow in. Works perfectly.
