I printed the biggest part of this model twice due to some issue with layer separation. The first time I printed the model with grey ASA and had some minor layer separation even after preheating the chamber to 50C. In hindsight, I probably should have changed the default Bambu filament settings to reduce cooling for overhangs. As you can see, the layer separation happens right in an area where the fans were at 80%. The second print worked perfect with ASA-CF.

This print worked perfectly. I used PLA-CF which hid the layer lines really well, added a little strength, and created a nice texture for grip. I used Blue Glow PLA for the internal parts.

This print works great. I Have 2 Dobermans so I scaled the size up quite a bit. Scaling it up this big required me to split the TPU bristles into 2 different plates. I used the built in Bambu slicer functions to cut the TPU bristles in half and add a dovetail so they fit together nicely inside the paw washer.
